Why do you ask for my passport? Do you need my bank card details?
Maltese law requires us to register guest details with the authorities, so we collect passport information for that purpose only. We do not need your bank card details for check-in — if a card field ever appears on a form, you can leave it blank. Your payment is handled securely at the time of booking.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All bookings and payments are processed securely through Guesty, our booking platform. Prices are shown clearly before you pay — no hidden card charges.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is keyless — we send your entry code and directions before you arrive, so there's no key handover or waiting. You can check in any time after 15:00, and check-out is strictly by 11:00. Early check-in is available on request, subject to availability on the day — just ask and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What is your cancellation policy?
Enjoy free cancellation up to 25 days before check-in — cancel within that window and you won't be charged. For cancellations closer to your stay, please get in touch and we'll help where we can. Your exact terms are always shown at the time of booking.
Is parking available? Are pets allowed?
